Fabien Pelous, historic captain of Toulouse rugby team and of the French national team, holder of the French caps record (118), has now decided to take up a new challenge and open his first restaurant in the heart of the future Nailloux Outlet Village! Le 15 will be a brasserie with contemporary decor where rugby has the place of honour.
In Fabien Pelous' brasserie, everything is based on pleasure, longings and desire. A
desire to create an atmosphere in line with his own values, a longing to move to the
area in which he grew up, a wish to bring food to life through a modern brasserie menu
where pleasures vary on a daily basis.
In the kitchen, chef Sébastien Pouil will rule the roost. His delicate touch will
bring out the subtle flavours of seasonal products. A combination of inventiveness and
refinement, these light dishes will be a delight for all palates.
Surrounded by all kinds of temptations lining the streets of the village, Fabien Pelous' brasserie should soon become THE place to recover from an intensive shopping session, and also be the unmissable new place to eat in this area.

Located between untouched areas such as the Aude and the Principality of Andorra, the Outlet
Village is in a very special position.
The Aude area, just a few kilometres away, offers a great diversity of landscapes and activities:
coast, mountains, famous inland areas and exceptional heritage including the absolute must -
the village of Carcassonne. Only 40 minutes by car from the Outlet Village, Carcassonne,
listed as UNESCO world heritage, welcomes more than 6 million visitors every year.
Further south, 125 km from Nailloux, lies the Principality of Andorra. The Principality is the largest skiing area in the Pyrenees and has a world-class shopping tradition. It attracts almost 12 million French and foreign tourists each year.
Most French tourists going to Andorra will pass Le Moulin de Nailloux. The Outlet Village will of course be able to take advantage of this passing trade – these ‘bargain hunters' – and will become an essential stopping place for people travelling to the south of France, Spain and Andorra.
