Le Moulin de Nailloux has been designed and conceived carefully taking into account the need for sustainable development:

    • Cost-saving architecture: orientation of buildings, incorporating the power of the sun’s rays into design, and choice of construction materials. The building façades will integrate local architectural features. Parking areas will be landscaped.
    • Air-conditioning system: use of HPE installations allowing for a higher energetic gain greater than 40%. Public spaces are naturally self-ventilated
    • Intelligent management of public lighting: Natural lighting in public spaces, limitation and regulation of lighting as a function of the commercial workday, use of indicators using LED photovoltaic systems, installation of pedestrianized streets with fluo-compact systems.
    • Recycling and storage of rainwater for watering.
    • Independent water-reuse system. Consumption reduced by 70%.
