THE NEXT GENERATION OF FACTORY OUTLET SHOPPING VILLAGE

Le Moulin de Nailloux will be the largest village for reduced-price brand names in southern France. All of the outlets will be from national and international brands selling products from previous seasons at reduced prices. The Nailloux Factory Outlet Shopping Village will extend over 22 505 m² of sales area, comprising something in the region of:

  • 125 outlets
  • 4 cafés and restaurants
  • 2 play areas for children
  • An information office or kiosk
  • A space dedicated to regional savoir-faire
  • A central area with a tourism lot composed of an exhibition salon and a tasting area / sales area for locally-cultivated produce
  • An alterations centre working exclusively with the boutiques
  • Parking spaces (1 809 places) on each side of the village, with a parking zone for the handicapped, a parking area for motorcycles, motor caravans, and buses
  • Countless green spaces with play areas for children as well as picnic areas.
